Lisa struggled with postpartum psychosis, anxiety, and depression.
After educating herself and finding the right support, Lisa is determined to help other mothers
find the resources they need to enjoy motherhood as fully as possible. She believes postpartum
support and education should be available to all women, regardless of financial background and
aims to keep her content as affordable as possible for all mothers.
Lisa has been trained as a CAPPA postpartum doula and is also certified as an Isla Grace Baby
Led Sleep and Well-being Specialist.
